Wanting to try Aerials but not sure where to start? 

Our Mini Terms are a great way to find your fit in the Aerial Family. Over four weeks you’ll not only feel stronger through conditioning, climbs and hangs, but you’ll get to experience each apparatus first hand before finding your favourite.

There’s never not-strong-enough in our classes, since we all work together from the very start to build strength, flexibility and confidence in Aerials. Our belief is that the best way to build strength for Aerials, is to do Aerials!

Mini-terms are an intro to our full ten week Aerial Dance programmes, and are a great way to start or continue a healthy lifestyle. Feel all the benefits of regular exercise without worrying about punishing repetitions, you’ll be flipping and flying instead of giving us fifty burpees! It’s a unique sort of freedom, and the feeling of flying through the air is steadily addictive.
