Aerials is unlike any other form of exercise, it uniqueness is gives students the opportunity to build strength, flexibility and coordination all in an environment of supportive and encouraging teachers and peers. Our Beginner classes commence 7th January and run for 10 weeks. They are designed for complete beginners and in most cases students have never touched an aerial apparatus before. Can't lift your own body weigh?? Well neither can anyone else!! The only way you will be strong enough for aerials is to do aerials!! Don't let your previous experience, or lack there of, get in the way as you will find everyone is in the very same stage of their aerial journey.
